Volunteers

Winter Volunteer Day 2008 - Saturday, February 2nd 10:00 am - Meet at Valley Gates - go to calendar of events for more info.

What's more fun than wading in the pond to pull out trash?  Or raking at the Bear Dens?

From everyday park walkers to church and civic groups to corporate workers to young people, volunteers are the mainstay of the Franklin Park Coalition.  They cut invasives like Japanese Knotweed, pick up trash, and spread the word to their friends and neighbors about Franklin Park.

Bookmark the Calendar of Events to stay abreast of upcoming volunteer activities in the park or e-mail us at mail@franklinparkcoalition.org if you want to schedule a special clean up for your group.

Lots of groups come to volunteer in the park.
